TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
My willingness and ability to engage in active listening was embodied in the mediation training I received at Mediation, Inc. of North Carolina and at the Justice Center of Atlanta in Atlanta Georgia. My listening ability was also enhanced by my combined 37 years of service in the judiciary as a Forsyth County North Carolina Resident Superior Court Judge and as United States District Judge in the Middle District of North Carolina.
